Lisa Tait

Lisa Olsen Tait is a historian, writer and specialist in women’s history at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint's Church History Department. She is a general editor of the Saints series and has contributed to many other Department publications. Her work focuses on the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. She did her undergraduate and master’s work at Brigham Young University and earned a PhD from the University of Houston. A native of Utah, USA, she and her husband enjoy their three dogs, four children and hiking in the beautiful mountains that surround them.
